Ashley Evans-Smith President - Leadership
Ashley is a dynamic and inspiring leader with a profound commitment to social justice and community welfare. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Children’s Policy and Law from Loyola University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville (UofL), and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Kentucky (UK).
In 2023, Ashley was honored as a member of Owensboro’s prestigious 40 Under 40 class and graduated from Leadership Owensboro. She is also a 2019 graduate of Elevate Kentucky, a young leaders program with Leadership Kentucky.
Ashley and her husband, Lance, are the proud parents of four wonderful children—Michael, Case, Jesse, and McKinley. Ashley loves spending time with them, whether it’s embarking on fun family adventures or simply enjoying a cozy movie night at home.
