Area President
JA of West Kentucky is seeking an exceptional and visionary individual to take on the role of Area President. This is a unique opportunity to lead a renowned organization with a strong legacy in shaping the lives of young people and preparing them for success in a rapidly changing economy. The Area President will be responsible for charting the course of JA of West Kentuckys future, driving innovation, deepening organizational impact, and ensuring its mission relevance and resonance with the evolving needs of students and educators.
Qualifications (required)
Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience
Five years experience in related field with successful track record
Excellent management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of the free enterprise system
Willingness to undergo criminal and credit background check
Qualifications (desired)
Management experience in education or nonprofit organization
Demonstrated expertise in sales/marketing or fund raising
Experience working with a Board of Directors
CFRE certification
